Signup & SMS Opt-In

Foundation Home and Financial uses SMS one-time passcodes for passwordless authentication. New users opt in via this signup form. The Create account button is disabled until the SMS consent checkbox is actively checked.

SMS Terms & Opt-In

How Foundation Home and Financial uses SMS text messages for account authentication.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Summary: Foundation Home and Financial uses SMS text messages to send you one-time verification codes when you sign up for or log in to your account. There is no marketing, no promotional content, and no calls — only authentication codes you request by signing in.

Program description

The Foundation Home and Financial authentication program sends one-time, eight-digit verification codes to your mobile phone via SMS text message. These codes are used exclusively to verify your identity when you create an account, sign in to an existing account, or perform certain sensitive actions within our web or mobile applications.

This is a transactional messaging program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or informational messages through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS authentication messages through our web-based signup form. The opt-in process requires affirmative action on your part:

By providing your mobile phone number, checking the consent checkbox, and submitting the signup form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Foundation Home and Financial at the phone number provided, sent using an automated system. You confirm that you are the subscriber to or customary user of the phone number provided.

Consent to receive these SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. However, because our authentication model is entirely SMS-based, you will not be able to sign in to your Foundation Home and Financial account without receiving these messages.

What messages you will receive

You will receive short, automated text messages containing an eight-digit verification code. A typical message looks like this:

Foundation: Your verification code is 12345678. It expires in 3 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will receive one SMS message each time you initiate a sign-up, a login, or a sensitive account action that requires re-verification. Most users receive a few messages per month; frequent users may receive more.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. The exact cost depends on your mobile carrier and your service plan. Foundation Home and Financial does not charge you to send or receive these messages, but your carrier may. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out of receiving SMS authentication messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from this program.

Important: Because our authentication model is entirely SMS-based, opting out will prevent you from being able to sign in to your Foundation Home and Financial account. If you opt out and later wish to regain access, you can re-enroll by replying START to resume messages, or by contacting support at the email address below.
